Refund policy
At Opulence House Extensions, we stand behind the quality of our hair.
Due to the nature of raw and virgin hair products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.
If you receive the wrong item or a product that is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@ohextensions.com with your order number and clear photos. After review, we will determine if a replacement is appropriate.
Hair must remain unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in its original packaging to be eligible for review.
Opulence House Extensions is not responsible for improper installation, coloring, chemical processing, or alterations performed after purchase.
